TRADE HOUSE “BELKOZIN” Ltd. established in February 2001 is the sole distributor of BELKOZIN’s products and the supplier of raw materials for both JSC “Luga plant BELKOZIN” (Russia) and JSC “Priluki plant “BELKOZIN” (Ukraine). The plants exclusively deal with the manufacture of collagen sausage casings on the territory of the former USSR.
The key objectives of Trade House “BELKOZIN” are to organize and coordinate sales and deliveries, to promote the commercial advancement of BELKOZIN’s products towards new markets, to arrange marketing research , to administer the provision of raw materials and technical assistance as well.
Trade house BELKOZIN offers a variety of Russian and Ukrainian-origin collagen sausage casings BELKOZIN of various types, colors and calibers. Highly skilled staff will help you to select a most convenient way of delivery, give advises on the use of collagen sausage casings BELKOZIN within the technological process of operating cycle and render assistance for the customer’s available production machinery to be properly adjusted.
In addition the Luga plant BELKOZIN is the Russia’s exclusive manufacture of medical collagen sponges. The plant deals also with the manufacture of protein additives “Belkozin” employed in chemical, microbiological, perfume industries as well as in farming.
The plants work without stopping from the moment of their establishment – since 1972 in Russia and since 1981 in Ukraine – and deal with manufacture of casings of the highest quality of various calibers (from 21 mm to120 mm) in rolls and in shirred sticks. Our casings are used in all production technologies of cooked, smoked and cooked, semi smoked, uncooked smoked, dried sausages, frankfurters and hams as well.
Every year we observe the increase in plants' production volumes, the diversification in assortment of manufactured goods. We constantly arrange research aiming at products' quality and appearance improvement, at diversification of casings' colors range. As a result our customers have been recently offered several types of absolutely new sausage and frankfurter casings. Thus the last novelty was the first edible frankfurter casing in Russia.
The production facilities of our plants allow manufacturing of more than 300 mill. linear meters of casings a year.
Side by side with the improvement of collagen casings manufacturing technology our enterprises develop new high-tech equipment that allows producing goods of the highest level.
The specialists of our plants collect necessary information both in this country and abroad, negotiate with the leading world producers of equipment, conduct teaching trainings for the staff. Foreign professionals are often invited to assist in enterprises development.
Up to now the “BELKOZIN” trademark has been successfully registered in 43 countries. Trade House “Belkozin” intends to expand its export activity and trade links.
